About Deer Creek
Deer Creek is a community of 484 homes and villas nestled in Sarasota (click on Location tab above to see map), Florida. Houses are backed by preserved forest or water (there are a total of 17 lakes and ponds) providing a natural privacy that is rich in wildlife. A Carnegie Hall of chirps, warbles and cacophonies from a feathered parade may march across your backyard at any time. Our community has a passion for beauty and deed-restricted order.
